Logitech G Pro X2 Superstrike: High-End Wireless Gaming Mouse

The Logitech G Pro X2 Superstrike is aimed at players who know exactly what they want from their gaming mouse. It follows the same philosophy as Logitech's G Pro range, with a lightweight design, wireless connectivity and a strong focus on performance, but this generation brings something new to the table. The biggest change comes from the clicks, with HITS technology allowing players to adjust how they behave. On paper, the specifications are impressive. You get the HERO 2 sensor, LIGHTSPEED wireless connectivity, polling rates of up to 8,000 Hz and around 90 hours of battery life. But beyond the numbers, the real question is whether the Superstrike actually makes a difference when you're playing.
Pros
- Lightweight 65 g design
- Very good grip
- Customizable triggers
- Excellent responsiveness
- Designed for competitive gaming
- Quiet clicks
- Clean design
Cons
- No Bluetooth
- 2.4 GHz only
Our verdict
The G Pro X2 Superstrike isn't a mouse I'd recommend to everyone, but that's not really what Logitech is aiming for. This is a mouse designed for players who want to get the most out of their hardware. HITS technology brings something genuinely different by allowing you to customize the main clicks, while the HERO 2 sensor and LIGHTSPEED wireless connection deliver excellent gaming performance. It's lightweight, accurate and particularly well suited to FPS games. The price is still its biggest drawback, but if you're willing to invest in a high-end gaming mouse and performance is your priority, the G Pro X2 Superstrike is definitely worth considering.
